Position Summary
The Corporate Sales Liaison will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building key relationships with optometrists and ophthalmologists within their own defined territory. Responsibilities also include working closely with customers to maximize business types of accounts, including key accounts, prospects, and win backs.
Key Responsibilities
- CSL’s are accountable and responsible for her/his territory achieving or surpassing sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Prospecting throughout a multi-state territory to identify and close new and existing growth opportunities.
- Make a high volume of phone calls and send high volume of emails to prospects who have never heard of PRN Vision Group, as well as accounts that need to be won back by the company.
- Meet quarterly and yearly growth goals by meeting objectives with a sense of urgency.
- Onboard new accounts, guiding them through the process to ensure they can successfully generate sales through patient submissions, RX prescriptions and wholesale orders.
- Identify territory trends by utilizing NetSuite, PowerBI, SalesForce and other technology tools to drive targeted messaging and grow sales. Manage mass communications, keeping track of all interactions in our information system, NetSuite.
- Coordinate involvement of company personnel, including Area Sales Managers and National Account Manager to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
- Educate doctors and staff through one-on-one, group, Eye Care Chats, and DOM trainings.
- Accurately enter and maintain customer information in NetSuite and SalesForce.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
- High School Graduate/GED/Equivalent Work Experience
- 2+ years related work experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM platforms.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with outside sales counterparts.
- Experience in phone-based sales and customer service.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, including managing different types of accounts simultaneously.
- Familiarity with NetSuite, SalesForce and PowerBI or similiarr information systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
