The US base salary range for this full-time position is 160,800.00 USD - 201,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. What you'll do as a Corporate Counsel, Gaming Regulations
- Partner with business teams to assess and navigate legal and regulatory issues affecting licensed and regulated product offerings.
- Support the Compliance, Product, and other Teams by interpreting regulatory, licensing, and enforcement requirements.
- Engage with regulators to anticipate, manage, and resolve issues related to the application of regulations to products and operations.
- Evaluate products, features, and processes to ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws and regulatory obligations.
- Advise on legal and regulatory considerations related to customer-facing communications and disclosures.
- Collaborate with attorneys across the Legal Team to align on cross-functional legal strategies and guidance.
- Manage and oversee outside counsel to support specialized regulatory and legal matters when needed.
What you'll bring
- At least four years of relevant legal experience at a law firm, in-house legal department, or state or federal regulatory or enforcement agency.
- A Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
- Experience reviewing, interpreting, and applying statutes, regulations, and regulatory guidance in a practical business
