Job Description:

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

Corporate and national accounts represent some of SkinHealth Systems' largest and most strategic provider relationships — multi-location brands where consistent device utilization and consumable performance directly impacts enterprise-level revenue. The Corporate Accounts Specialist is the day-to-day execution partner for these accounts, ensuring that every location within an assigned portfolio has the tools, training, and support to perform at its highest potential.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Tier 3 corporate brands, maintaining strong relationships with brand leadership and individual location teams.
  • Execute sales and growth initiatives developed in partnership with the Corporate Accounts Director to drive consumable utilization, booster penetration, and device optimization across portfolio locations.
  • Manage second-system, trade-up, and warranty extension sales conversations within the assigned portfolio.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and identify tactical opportunities to increase usage and revenue at the location level.
  • Deliver virtual training for providers and staff on SkinHealth Systems treatment protocols, booster education, upsell strategies, and device utilization best practices.
  • Coordinate with Regional Training Specialists and field teams for in-person training and support as needed.
  • Support expansion initiatives including new location onboarding, incremental system adoption, and device coordination.
  • Assist the Corporate Accounts Director in preparing for Quarterly Business Reviews, tracking follow-up execution, and monitoring implementation progress.
  • Support marketing initiatives, membership programs, and promotional campaigns at the location level.
  • Maintain detailed account activity, growth documentation, and portfolio-level KPIs within Salesforce, including utilization, expansion activity, and adoption metrics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Care and Accounting on order management, invoice requests, and payment coordination.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Required

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 4+ years of experience in account management, business development, or sales support.
  • Experience working with medical practices, med-spas, or multi-location wellness businesses.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute strategies that drive utilization, revenue, and account expansion.
  • Experience delivering virtual training or remote account enablement.
  • Strong business acumen with understanding of ROI, pricing strategy, and service menu development.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, brand events, and account support.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Aesthetic license or familiarity with the medical aesthetics industry.
  • Experience supporting multi-location corporate brands.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB
  • Primarily office or home-office based role; prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer or phone for up to 8 hours per day.
  • Ability to use a computer, keyboard, and video conferencing tools for extended periods.
  • Occasional travel by car or plane for company meetings, brand events, and account support — approximately 15–25% annually.
  • Must be able to lift and carry a laptop, presentation materials, and accessories weighing up to 15 lbs. during travel.
  • Must be able to carry and set up Hydrafacial demonstration equipment and marketing materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

We mean it when we say you’ll LOVE this role.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
