As Copy Supervisor, you’ll ensure the day-to-day creative excellence of our copy team. You are a guardian of quality, guiding execution and coaching writers while ensuring every piece of content aligns with strategic and creative standards.


What You’ll Do
  • Supervise Execution: Oversee writing and editing across campaigns and deliverables to ensure clarity, craft, and brand alignment.

  • Coach & Develop Writers: Provide clear, actionable feedback; nurture growth and consistency in craft across the team.

  • Manage Workflows: Support planning and prioritization; balance timelines and quality expectations across concurrent projects.

  • Collaborate with Leads: Partner with Design, Strategy, and Account to maintain integrated creative execution.

  • Quality Stewardship: Champion accuracy, tone, and compliance, especially in specialized, regulated content.


What You’ll Bring
  • 6–8+ years of agency copy experience with demonstrated editorial judgment.

  • Experience giving feedback and guiding writers toward clearer, stronger work.

  • Calm under pressure and thoughtful about process improvements.

  • Excellent communicator and collaborator across disciplines.
