Additionally, FOX Entertainment Global handles off-platform sales and distribution of titles from Fox Corporation's leading AVOD service, Tubi.
FOX Entertainment Global is seeking a Coordinator, Sales Operations to report to the Senior Vice President of sales for the Americas. The Coordinator, Sales Operations will support the planning, execution, and evaluation of sales activities across the U.S., Canada and Latin America. In addition, the Coordinator, Sales Operations is responsible for generating content availability reports and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure sales processes, policies, and systems run smoothly.
Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace for a minimum of four (4) days per week is an essential function of the position. The selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Sales team in creating and analyzing content availability reports across all media and territories
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Business and Legal Affairs, and Content Delivery to provide materials and additional product information including metadata, asset information, and music clearances to pitch and sell content globally
- Assist in pre-sale and post-sale deal processing, ensuring appropriate clearances and approvals occur in a timely manner
- Uphold processes and workflows to support organizational needs and ensure a smooth and timely client experience from start to finish
- Produce historical utilization reports to give insight on remaining inventory value
- Provide sales systems training as needed, including CRM training (Salesforce)
- Perform other tasks, projects, and responsibilities as assigned
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Previous industry/internship experience
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field
- Keen attention to details
- Self-motivated and capable of prioritizing and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Critical thinker with aptitude to problem-solve
- Proactive, positive attitude, team player
- Passion for media and entertainment, with the capability to learn content ecosystem, distribution, and rights quickly
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel & PowerPoint

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $23.50-27.25 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
