Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 (On Target Earning)

The Opportunity

The Revenue Operations Coordinator will support teams across the company on forecasting inventory during the pre-sales / post-sales process, reviewing and signing IO / RIOs, and building partnerships across various players in the ad tech ecosystem. 

The Daily To-Do

  • Assist in IO approvals across Kargo client facing teams
  • Forecast inventory during pre-sales / post-sales process to ensure revenue guarantee and growth
  • Build a rapport with internal Sales, Client Services, Media Strategy and Campaign Management teams
  • Partner with Revenue Operations department leads to build, track, and review objective key results
  • Analyze revenue trends and provide insights for growth opportunities and potential product integrations
  • Create and maintain dashboards
  • Provide ad-hoc training & support on new processes and workflows
  • With support from your team, deliver analytical, data-driven solutions which add measurable and specific business value
  • Yield and track AV initiatives to protect Kargo’s margin
  • Other projects/duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably
  • Is resourceful inventive & creative; able to bring fresh insights and not be discouraged when all the data is not readily available
  • Is an excellent and compelling presenter and communicator (i.e. tell a simple and straight story; can communicate complex information effectively)
  • Has innovative drive; comfortable working with ambiguity and willing to take risks, test the norm, measure and learn forward
  • Is a problem solver; ability to identify problems and solve problems in complex situations using creative and conceptual reasoning; able to seek counsel or corroboration when needed
  • Excellent judgment & acute sense of self-awareness
