The Opportunity

Kargo is looking for a smart, driven Coordinator to join our Publisher Partnership Team. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Manager, Publisher Partnerships to provide best-in-industry white glove client service to our premium partners, which includes forging personal connections with our clients while consulting them on how to maximize their revenue with Kargo.

You will become the expert on all things Kargo and immersed in the Ad Tech industry: from marketing to engineering, to product, to strategy, and will be able to speak to these aspects with our clients through quarterly business reviews, emails, and calls.

The Daily To-Do

  • Support Publisher team to provide Industry leading support to our premium publishers
  • Assist the Senior Manager of Publisher Partnerships in managing day-to-day operations of accounts
  • Collate and deliver daily reporting which tracks revenue growth and inventory for publisher
  • Analyze data and provide meaningful insights to Increase publisher revenue
  • Prepare client facing QBRs and reports in collaboration with Senior Manager of Publisher Development
  • Accurately Invoice publishers at the end of each month

Qualifications

  • BA/BS required
  • 1+ years of experience working (or interning) in related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookup Tables, Functions etc.)  
  • Solutions-oriented team player that can maintain a positive attitude under pressure
  • Highly developed interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills
