Game Show Network is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented coordinator to support the Current Programming department. This person will serve as a department liaison, handle communication with internal Game Show Network divisions and in-house productions, as well as the external production companies and producers for our current programming team.

You will be responsible for… (not limited to)

  • Maintaining files, status reports and logging notes while on set for current shows
  • Watching final locked cuts of episodes and coordinating between the network and current shows’ post departments
  • Organizing and participating in the notes process for casting and content presentation, while coordinating between the network and current shows’ production departments
  • Actively participating and contributing in production department meetings. This includes game show formatting, run-throughs and design meetings
  • Serving as point person for all contestant inquiries and liaise with GSN accounting department on any prizing questions
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings and show run-throughs
  • Booking contestants for run throughs and rehearsals
  • Retrieving episode links for internal and external distribution
  • Maintaining Google Docs tracking all incoming and outgoing material
  • Supporting the department with general administrative duties when needed including: answering telephones, calendar management, copying and filing, booking Executive’s travel, managing expense reports

Education Qualifications:

Preferred Minimum: BA/BS Degree

Experience Qualifications:

Required Minimum: The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, industry, department, etc.

Preferred: Experience working in an office and on a production set

The anticipated base salary for this position is $23.31/hour to $30.28/hour. This role may also qualify for incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
