The Production Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of production and operational workflows across the label. This entry-level role serves as a key liaison between internal departments, artists' teams, vendors, manufacturers, and distribution partners to help ensure projects move efficiently from planning through delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for music and entertainment operations

How You'll CREATE

  • Manage and maintain production executive's complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating priorities, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, secure meeting spaces, and distribute relevant materials.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for scheduling and administrative requests on behalf of Production executive.
  • Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports.
  • Track departmental deadlines, production milestones, and key deliverables to ensure projects remain on schedule.
  • Maintain production trackers, calendars, and department documentation with a high level of accuracy.
  • Communicate with cross functional teams to facilitate project execution.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, meeting notes, and other administrative materials as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, and be able to support other team members across projects.

  • Detail oriented with strong follow through - able to organize and prioritize multiple projects
  • Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment
  • Highly motivated and with a desire to work in a team environment.

  • Excellent communicator with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to keep information confidential.
  • Intermediate to advanced expertise in Microsoft Office suite particularly excel
