RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversees the preparation and compilation of all guest documents, including distributing detailed activity reports needed to analyze guest activity.
- Collaborates with fellow Logistics Coordinator to ensure consistency between guest documents and company reports by assisting with the preparation and organization of guest data.
- Communicates with other departments regarding detailed guest information and acts as a support liaison.
- Oversees the compiling of guest welcome materials and reviews them for accuracy in order to ensure an optimal guest experience.
REQUIREMENTS
- High school completion or equivalent certification.
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail, while working in a team or group environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly, verbally, and written, with customers, employees, and management.
- Proficiency in the use of computer business applications, with working knowledge of computerized reservation systems.
- One (1) year of experience in positions involving logistics work or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check.
- Minimum age of 18 years is required to reside in company housing, where available.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States. Holland America-Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-2B status).

- Ability to organize and prioritize work, and maintain attention to time constraints, while working in a team or group environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and external influences.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving daily goals.
- Ability to support and comply with company policies, procedures, and guidelines including support and comply with company health and safety standards.
- Ability to stand/walk/work on feet for a minimum of 8 hours per day.
