The Experiential team is a group bringing bold ideas to life and treats every opportunity as a way to create unforgettable moments of joy for e.l.f.ies everywhere. We’re looking for a highly organized, detailed oriented Experiential Marketing Coordinator who thrives behind the scenes to make it all happen.

This role serves as the operational backbone supporting the experience team across e.l.f. Cosmetics, e.l.f. SKIN, and emerging brand verticals, ensuring our events run smoothly from strategy through execution.

This role is rooted in operational excellence, supporting the team from strategy to execution by owning the details, managing the logistics, tracking details, and removing busywork so the team can focus on creative and big-picture thinking. You won’t be building the strategy (yet). You’ll be helping to bring it to life.

If you’re typically the social chair of the group, love a checklist, timelines, travel and hospitality planning, and being the person who like to keep things on track, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

    Event Logistics Support
  • Coordinate event travel bookings (flights, hotels, ground transportation) for team members and partners and managing travel communications across the team.
  • Assist with vendor onboarding.
  • In partnership with Associate Manager, manage shipment logistics, inventory list, and building detailed product planning.
  • Help maintain run-of-shows, invite coordination, contact sheets, and face sheets that serve our events.
  • Attend meetings and provide meeting notes with action items.
  • Assist with development and maintenance of event and product look book.
  • Assist with onsite event needs when applicable.
  • Product, Event Inventory, and Storage Management
  • Maintain accurate product inventory across event storage spaces, product rooms, and on-hand activation materials.
  • Oversee product room organization, cleanliness, and accessibility. Ensure products are properly labeled, shelved, and rotated to reduce waste or expiration concerns.
  • Coordinate replenishment needs in partnership with Experiential, Office Ops, and Warehouse teams.
  • Manage event storage room operations, including tracking what assets live where and confirming timely returns post-activation.
  • Support fulfillment and packing for event product orders, kits, and replenishments as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date storage and asset logs with detailed counts, movement tracking, and usage summaries.
  • Remove Friction for the Team
  • Update project trackers and shared documents
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate cross-functional calendars
  • Take ownership of administrative tasks that slow the team down
  • Flag gaps, missing information, or any risks identified
  • Build and maintain simple systems organized to keep projects organized

Who You Are:

  • Extremely organized and detailed oriented
  • Comfortable managing multiple workstreams at once
  • Proactive and eager to learn
  • Clear and professional communicator
  • Resourceful and calm under pressure
  • Excited to grow in experiential marketing and event production
  • Bonus if you...
  • Have internship or early career experience in events, production, hospitality, or marketing.
  • LOVE live events, culture, and bringing experience to life.

What You'll Learn:

  • How experiential programs move from concept to reality
  • The fundamentals of event production and logistics
  • Vendor coordination and cross-functional collaboration
  • Onsite execution best practices
  • How strong operations power creative excellence

The base salary range for this role is listed above.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
