Convention Services Manager - OEM

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Convention Services Manager to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate and oversee convention services, ensuring seamless event execution and exceptional client satisfaction. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering outstanding event experiences, we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for contracted clients, managing all aspects of their convention and event needs.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all logistical, technical, and service requirements are met.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, understanding their specific needs and expectations.

- Oversee event planning, setup, execution, and post-event activities to ensure smooth operations.

- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure quality services and favorable terms.

- Monitor event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions.

- Provide on-site support during events, troubleshooting issues promptly and professionally.

- Prepare detailed reports and feedback to improve future event planning and client satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in convention services, event management, or hospitality industry.

- Excellent organizational and project management skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
