Coordinates convention and event services from planning through post-event activities. Manages client relationships, internal coordination, vendors, contracts, budgets, logistics, event setup, on-site troubleshooting, and reporting. Ensures seamless execution, cost-effective solutions, and strong client satisfaction while supporting events during irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.

Leads hotel sales and marketing strategy to achieve revenue, occupancy, market share, and profitability goals. Oversees group, transient, catering, event, and marketing programs; manages budgets, contracts, key accounts, forecasting, public relations, digital marketing, branding, and promotional campaigns. Leads and develops the sales and catering teams, trains hotel staff on sales opportunities, builds client and community relationships, and collaborates across hotel departments. Weekly travel is required.

Maintains and repairs hotel guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces, mechanical equipment, and building systems. Performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, plumbing and minor electrical repairs, HVAC servicing, cosmetic repairs, and life-safety equipment inspections. Responds to emergency work orders, maintains repair records, and supports guest safety, comfort, and hotel operational standards.
