Roles and Responsibilities
- Data Entry: Accurately input contract data into designated systems, ensuring completeness and correctness.
- Data Validation: Review and verify contract information for accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- System Updates: Maintain and update contract records in the database, including amendments, renewals, and terminations.
- Reporting: Generate reports and summaries from contract data to support decision-making and operational needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with contract managers and other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure data alignment.
- Documentation: Maintain organized records of contract data and related documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data input and processing workflows for greater efficiency and accuracy.
- Compliance: Ensure all data handling practices align with company policies and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of two years proven experience in data entry, contract processing, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in data management software and tools (e.g., Excel, contract management systems).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with lean principles or process improvement methodologies.
