Job Description

We are seeking a Contract Reporting Specialist to join our Sales Operations team. In this role, you will interpret contracts and coordinate with various internal teams to produce effective reports and analyses. The position also requires providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, as well as ensuring compliance with all customer requirements and requests. The ideal candidate has top-notch written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative approach to producing great work. 

A day in the office looks like this: 

  • Interpreting contracts 
  • Reviewing all outgoing reports for accuracy 
  • Providing excellent customer service to stakeholders 
  • Ensuring compliance with customer requests 
  • Meeting all reporting deadlines

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy 
  • Strong sense of urgency and a “can-do” attitude 
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented with sharp administrative skills
  • Effective time-management skills and the ability to work under deadlines with an open-minded attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills 
  • Proven proficiency with Word and Outlook  
  • Ability to quickly learn new technical, reporting, and administrative systems

At Lakeshore, we pay local market wages for employees that reside within Los Angeles and Orange Counties.

For this position, new employees joining Lakeshore who live within Los Angeles and Orange Counties are typically brought into the organization at an hourly rate between $25.72-$33.65 depending on relevant experience & skillset.

This range is indicative of projected hiring range. The annual base compensation will take into account each candidate's relevant experience, location, and skillset.
