We’re seeking a first-class Contract Manager to support the ElevenLabs Legal team on a range of commercial contracting matters, with occasional involvement in corporate, compliance, litigation and other operational legal work. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues around the world to enable growth while effectively managing risk across numerous jurisdictions.

In this role, you will:

• Negotiate, review, manage, and track customer and vendor agreements (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, amendments).

• Maintain contract records and reporting through our CLM systems and DocuSign.

• Support contract negotiations and assist with template/playbook updates.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams during contract review, acting as a key contact for the legal department by providing guidance on commonly requested edits, non-standard terms, policies, questions, etc.

• Act as one of the key touch points for commercial agreements, order forms, amendments for a growing commercial legal team.

• Support the evaluation, implementation, and ongoing use of new tools and products.

• Assist, on an as-needed basis, with corporate and IP filings, including maintaining records for U.S. and international subsidiaries (such as board minutes, resolutions, signatory updates).

• Participate in special projects including corporate diligence, litigation matters, and compliance rollouts.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive - you’re comfortable juggling multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.

• Genuinely interested in the future of AI and emerging technologies, bringing curiosity and enthusiasm to your role.

• A strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn the nuances of AI/SaaS contracting.

• Comfortable working independently in a distributed, high-trust environment.

• 3+ years of experience as a contract manager or paralegal (in-house experience at a tech or SaaS company preferred).

• Experience supporting GTM/Sales organizations with complex legal requests.

• Strong understanding of contract management and corporate governance.

• Experience supporting international entities and global teams.

• Familiarity with SaaS/AI contracting considerations is a plus.

• Proficiency with CLM tools (Ironclad, Salesforce, Asana, DocuSign) or similar systems.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines.

This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in USA. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in New York or San Francisco.
