The Senior Manager will oversee account alignment and data validation for vaccine contracts, ensuring accurate market share data, and will liaise with representative teams to resolve data issues.
ROLE SUMMARY
The Contract Membership Account Alignment Specialist will oversee the alignment of internal vaccine accounts with third-party data accounts for the Vaccine Business Unit. Account alignment will include consultation in creation of the data platform as well as ongoing maintenance. Colleague will leverage their extensive account type and alignment methodology knowledge and experience to ensure valid data alignment. Colleague will liaise with field representatives to investigate and clear up data issues in regard to market share calculations. Colleague will liaise with Contract Strategy and Tech peers to create and monitor automated solutions that will ensure delivery of best-on-class customer service and transparency in data calculations that drive contracting relationships with Health System and Independent pharmacy customers.
What You Will Achieve
Responsible for ensuring data alignment to feed contract driving market share calculations:
• Consult on design and creation of data platform to feed market share data systems
• Maintain alignments between internal accounts and third-party accounts
• Liaise with field representatives to investigate and correct data issues
• Liaise with third-party data vendor to validate data deliverables
• Consult with Contract Strategy and Tech to build and implement automated solutions to monitor alignment quality and find technical solutions to increase calculation validity

OTHER JOB DETAILS
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $124,400.00 to $207,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
- Bachelor's degree minimum requirement
- 6+ years of pharma or healthcare consulting experience
- Demonstrated ability to apply analytic tools to automate data investigation and maintenance of data systems
- Deep understanding of Vaccine non-retail markets, third-party data, and Vaccine Manufacturer contracting
- Experience building and operating data investigational tools in MS excel and web-based platforms
- Ability to inform key stakeholder decisions during governance process
- Ability to independently prioritize/manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Skilled in Power BI, Excel, Tableau, Word, & PowerPoint
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
- MBA or Master's level education 6+ years' experience
- Previous experience in Vaccine analytics or a job function supporting the promotion of vaccines
