Foreflight's and Jeppesen's Contracts Team is looking for an CLM System Administrator to take ownership of our Icertis contract lifecycle management platform and ensure it operates at peak performance to support our growing business. In this role, you'll serve as the primary steward of our Icertis CLM system, managing configuration, troubleshooting issues, and driving enhancements that enable our contracts, procurement, and business teams to work more efficiently. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization as well as IT and vendor partners to optimize workflows, improve adoption, and deliver insights through reporting and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities
Administer & Configure the Platform:
  • Serve as the internal system administrator for Icertis CLM
  • Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings
  • Configure workflows, templates, fields, dashboards, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and governance standards

Support & Troubleshoot:
  • Provide day-to-day support for end users, resolving issues and escalations
  • Partner with Icertis support and IT teams to manage system bugs, patches, and upgrades
  • Maintain thorough documentation of configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps

Enhance & Evolve the System:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements for enhancements and change requests
  • Test, validate, and deploy system updates and new features
  • Support integration efforts with ERP, CRM, procurement, and other enterprise systems

Drive Training & Adoption:
  • Create user guides, training materials, and best-practice documentation
  • Deliver training sessions for new and existing users to maximize adoption and efficiency

Monitor & Report on Performance:
  • Track system performance, usage trends, and compliance metrics
  • Build reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for legal, procurement, and business teams

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of hands-on administration experience with Icertis CLM (or other enterprise CLM platforms)
  • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes and workflows
  • Experience with configuration, user management, and reporting in enterprise systems
  • Familiarity with integrations between CLM and ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce preferred)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across business and IT teams
  • Flexibility to coordinate across time zones with teams across the U.S. and Europe as needed
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and a positive, team-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications
  • Icertis Certified Professional credentials (Administrator or Functional Consultant)
  • Experience with contract data migration and system upgrades
  • Knowledge of SQL, APIs, or data management tools
  • Project management or business analyst experience

Location: This job may be performed in Austin, TX or Denver, CO as a hybrid arrangement, remote option for those who reside outside the Denver/Austin metro area

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary Pay Range: $80,000-$110,000
This position is currently part of Boeing, but it is planned to transition to become an independent company owned by Thoma Bravo, as part of a pending divestiture of the Digital Aviation Solutions organization. If you are selected for this role, your employment may initially be with Boeing (dependent on start date). Subject to final regulatory approvals and closing conditions, your employment may transfer to the divested business owned by Thoma Bravo at close. Additional details about this transition will be shared as they become available.
