This full-cycle recruiting role will support hiring across Corporate and Go-to-Market (GTM) functions, including Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Support, and G&A.

The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter with demonstrated success managing the complete recruitment lifecycle—from intake and talent strategy through sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and close. You will partner closely with hiring leaders to create urgency, maintain momentum, and deliver an exceptional experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead role-intake and recruiting-strategy kickoffs with hiring managers to clarify hiring needs, required skills, target profiles, interview processes, and timelines.

  • Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies using direct outreach, referrals, and other channels.

  • Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines for hiring needs.

  • Screen and assess candidates against role requirements, competencies, and organizational fit.

  • Manage the end-to-end interview process, including candidate communication, interview scheduling, feedback collection, and debrief facilitation.

  • Keep hiring processes moving forward with urgency by proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks, following up on feedback, and maintaining clear next steps.

  • Serve as a trusted recruiting advisor to hiring teams, providing market insights, candidate feedback, pipeline updates, and recommendations throughout the search.

  • Manage the full offer process in partnership with hiring managers, HR, and internal stakeholders, including preparing offer details, gathering required approvals, extending verbal and written offers, negotiating terms, and ensuring a smooth transition from offer acceptance through start date.

  • Deliver a high-quality, responsive, and professional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.

  • Maintain accurate, timely recruiting activity and candidate records within the applicant tracking system.

  • Track recruiting activity and progress against open requisitions, sharing regular status updates with stakeholders.

What You Bring

  • Demonstrable success as a full-cycle recruiter managing all stages of the recruiting process independently.

  • Experience recruiting for Corporate and GTM roles, including some combination of Sales, Professional Services, Customer Support, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, Operations, or other G&A functions.

  • Demonstrable experience leveraging AI tools within recruiting workflows to improve speed, efficiency, sourcing, candidate engagement, process management, or other aspects of the recruitment lifecycle.

  • Strong sourcing capability, including experience identifying, engaging, and converting passive candidates.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities while maintaining speed, quality, and attention to detail.

  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to define talent needs and drive effective hiring decisions.

  • Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and offer-negotiation skills.

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder-management skills.

  • A strong sense of ownership, follow-through, and urgency.

  • Commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring-manager experience.

  • Experience using an applicant tracking system and other recruiting tools to manage pipeline activity and reporting.

  • Experience recruiting in a fast-paced SaaS, technology, professional services, or B2B environment.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
