Job Description:

Contract Adminstrator

Chicago/Tampa

Manager, Contract Administration

Responsibilities

Specifically, responsibilities will include:

  • Review of contracts submitted into the terms & conditions process within Salesforce for completeness and compliance with corporate guidelines. Determining and identifying revenue recognition and sales tax/VAT issues.
  • Confirming contracts in Salesforce and separate PeopleSoft Financial System.
  • Process post-confirmation amendments.
  • Manage issue resolution with the client-facing teams providing real-time problem solving and hands-on assistance.
  • Review and process status change requests for completeness and compliance with corporate guidelines.
  • Work to continually communicate policies, processes and systems required for effective and efficient contract approval, including one-on-one discussions with client-facing team.
  • Work with other internal corporate teams and external auditors as required.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Background in contract review/administration or clerical financial role, including billing, accounts payable or accounts receivable.

Pay Range Guidelines for this Position:

The salary range for this position is 52000 USD to 58000 USD. Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience and skills. In addition to your salary, Heidrick & Struggles offers discretionary bonuses (subject to eligibility requirements) and a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, disability leave, parental leave, paid time off and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Note: we have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
