We’re looking for a Continuous Improvement Supervisor to join our growing Continuous Improvement team. As a Continuous Improvement Supervisor you will be spearheading operational improvement efforts and leading set up and documentation of new operational procedures for all Collectors sites. You will be partnering with teams across all tech and operational functions, including the learning team, engineering, product management, procurement and operational experts at all levels. Additionally you will manage a team of operational liaisons for departments across Collectors business functions and third party vendors.
You’ll report to the Continuous Improvement Manager and work onsite from our Santa Ana, California office with occasional travel, 3-4 times per year.
What You’ll Do:
Project Management
Define clear, well articulated and well documented project plans for new process implementations
Report on progress of teams projects to management and support teams in removing any roadblocks impeding project completion
Delegate tasks, create timelines, schedules and deadlines for each step of a project through completion
Keep an open line of communication with team members and project stakeholders while succinctly making complex concepts easy to understand for all
Team Performance and Development
Train, mentor and develop employees
Effectively manage & oversee team workflow to ensure consistent delivery of outstanding service to all contributors and internal customers
Attentively develop and monitor team performance. Provide constructive feedback on team members opportunities and strengths
Implement business strategy, assigning roles and tasks to dedicated team members based on their strengths and abilities
Lead by example and be a champion of all company policies, including safety, attendance & security
Process Improvement
Plan, facilitate, and execute continuous improvement events using Lean Six Sigma tools
Identify gaps in system functionality and work with product management to enhance our products
Champion process standardization
Organizational Growth
Develop and execute strategies to support business expansion and scalability
Lead and manage change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruption within the organization
Lead the planning of operational implementation initiatives for key organizational growth initiatives such as expanding lines of business and strategic partnerships alongside key operational stakeholders
Oversee the planning, development, and launch of operational set up of new sites to support organizational growth and market expansion plans
Who You Are:
3+ years of demonstrating strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
3+ years of demonstrating excellent data analysis with strong computer skills
1+ years of direct team management experience
Collaborative and reliable leader that takes a data driven approach to problem-solving
Experience with change management, inheriting teams and bringing them along for the journey, moving with urgency and empowering those around you to do the same
A servant leader that resources and supports the team, while holding high expectations and standards
Thorough understanding of process enhancement and automation strategies
Sharp eye for identifying weak points in processes and organizational structures
Strong attention to detail with a strategic and analytical mindset
Ability to work in a fast paced environment both individually and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Passionate about developing team members skills
Dynamic thinking and strong problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides and Monday.com
Proficiency in LucidCharts, preferred
Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $65,450 - $88,550. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set.
