What You Will Do

• Create technical documentation for software systems
• Review and edit technical documentation
• Create high quality and accurate screen captures to generate visual aides for technical documentation
• Partner with product, operations, customer success, and other content teams on end-to-end learning scenarios; helping ensure a consistent and coherent content experience across various document/collateral types and communication channels.
• Wordsmith like a boss.
• Other duties as assigned

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s Degree (required) in English or other related writing focus.
• 3-5 years of experience as a technical writer, familiar with the documentation lifecycle and quality assurance reviews
• 2+ years of Project Management experience; ability to identify and define doc deliverables, process gaps, and proposed solutions
• 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining information architectures for technical documentation, including Learning Management or CMS systems
• 3+ years of experience with gathering feedback and measuring success in documentation efforts (i.e. usage analytics, real-time critical feedback, gathering business feedback, et al)
• 3+ years of call center or dialer software experience
• Prior experience with the following tools is a major plus: Skilljar LMS, ZenDesk, Salesforce, Confluence and Google Docs.
