FabFitFun is seeking a Photo Producer to join our growing Content & Creative team! As we continue to evolve our member flash sales, the volume of product photo requests consistently increases. Reporting to the Sr. Photo Producer, this new role will manage the full production lifecycle for all eCommerce photo assets and effectively partner with Merchandising to deliver quality content.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee the eCommerce product photography process; manage in house photo asset creation, image editing, and freelance offshoring 
• Manage all aspects of eCommerce photo shoots from ideation to production and delivery
• Collaborate with the Sr. Photo Producer to create seasonal shoot calendar and ensure the production schedule meets business deadlines
• Conduct model castings, hire freelancers and crew, and secure locations for offsite photo shoots
• Plan and reconcile costs for each shoot, maintaining annual and seasonal budgets 
• Foster a strong partnership with the Merchandising team, acting as the point of contact for eCommerce product photography needs
• Develop and improve eCommerce photography workflows and processes
• Act as the lead on-set producer for all eCommerce on model and product photo shoots

What You'll Bring:

• 4+ years of experience as a photo producer in an eCommerce or consumer goods company
• Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Design, or other related field
• Experience managing photo production budgets is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to set priorities, manage outside vendors, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Negotiation skills are a plus
