FabFitFun is looking for a Junior Copywriter to join our growing Product Development team in our West Hollywood HQ! Reporting to our Art Director of PD, this person will be responsible for helping to build the voice and brand identity for our 3 in-house brands, Summer & Rose, ISH and Chic & Tonic. The ideal candidate will have a creative eye, and previous experience writing copy for social media or an e-commerce company.

What You’ll Do:

• Strategize and generate creative ideas to craft three unique brand tones and stories
• Write witty copy for packaging, social media platforms, email marketing campaigns and website advertisements
• Work cross-functionally with the Merchandising, Marketing, and Creative team to align messaging and obtain additional details needed to complete copy
• Keep up to date with the media landscape and innovative creative practices to further the department objectives
• Assist with ad-hoc projects including: brand naming, collection naming, and product naming

What You’ll Bring:

• Ability to create a fun, engaging voice for both longform and shortform copy
• A great attitude and willingness to support Art Director on a wide variety of projects
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (English, Journalism, or Ad Marketing is preferred)
• 2-4 years of professional work experience writing copy (e-commerce, beauty, or fashion-related industries a plus)
• Detail-oriented yet highly imaginative and creative
• Bonus Points: Familiarity with Photoshop, Mailchimp, Microsoft Office, Planoly (as well as an aptitude with technology)
