FabFitFun is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Editorial Coordinator to join the Marketing Department at our West Hollywood HQ. This position will report to the Sr. Editor, and help to write, plan, and project-manage pieces across our seasonal print magazine and editorial digital content. The Editorial Coordinator is a dual writing and editing role, as you will be responsible for both developing content from scratch, as well as editing incoming work. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the AP writing style, and will be able to brainstorm / execute innovative ideas that showcase the FabFitFun brand sentiment.

What You’ll Do:

• Write engaging and creative content pieces across the digital and print magazine, while honing the FabFitFun brand voice
• Copy edit content pieces for accuracy, clarity, grammar, syntax, spelling, punctuation, and formatting
• Create and plan a robust master Editorial calendar under the direction of the Sr. Editor, while helping to manage shifting timelines and changing priorities within a fast-paced environment
• Conceptualize content and execution of sponsored content initiatives for both our digital and print magazine
• Help delegate and project-manage a team of external freelance writers 
• Work cross-functionally with our in-house Creative team for Marketing asset requests
• Research marketplace trends as it pertains to the all things under the women’s lifestyle umbrella

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or Journalism
• 2-3 years of copy editing and professional writing experience 
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  
• Strong understanding of the AP writing style
• Working knowledge of WordPress and light exposure of Photoshop
• Sharp attention to detail, grammar, and logical story construction
• Experience creating and managing content calendars
• Confidence prioritizing, multitasking, and exhibiting flexibility as priorities shift
• Strong passion for all things FabFitFun including all the things under the lifestyle umbrella (fashion, fitness, beauty, home, tech, & fitness)
• MailChimp or Iterable experience a plus!
