Responsibilities:

  • Create new education content for external VidMob users, leveraging an LMS and content authoring tool.
  • Build deep relationships with internal stakeholders to discover educational needs and recommend gaps in current materials. 
  • Build content with key results and performance indicators in mind. 
  • Deeply understand VidMob’s LMS and ensure its being used fully. 
  • Leverage LMS metrics to track, analyze, and recommend optimizations. 
  • Review and update published content as needed.
  • Create assessments based on learning and performance objectives.
  • Think critically about agile development processes and techniques that allow for easy content maintenance in an ever-changing environment.
  • Partner with cross-functional team members -- design, product, client management -- to ensure content strategy and positioning is up-to-date. 
  • Establish and support process for proofreading, editing, and gathering feedback on content prior to publication.
  • Coordinate with design team to illustrate content as needed.
  • Be a positive contributor to the VidMob community and culture: participating in our commitment to giving back through VidMob Gives, positively problem-solving and collaborating to build a better company, and upholding the belief that our diverse human capital is our most precious asset

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience working in an Learning & Development or Customer Education function. SaaS or marketing background a plus.
  • A strong understanding of educational challenges.
  • Ability to consult varying stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • A knack for translating technical information into digestible pieces and microlearning.
  • A desire to understand business challenges and find solutions.
  • A drive to find white space, recommend changes, and constantly improve.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high bar for creating quality content
  • An individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
