Associate Game Producer
Who we're looking for:
We are seeking an Associate Producer to steward Game Development for the Art team. You will nurture greater visibility and facilitate effective collaboration between Development, Product, Marketing, and Support teams. You will help facilitate key initiatives on Game Development that ensure fun, immersive, and results-oriented experiences in Zwift.
What you'll do:
- Work together with the art, product and marketing teams to streamline outsourcing capabilities
- Curate and facilitate monthly in-game asset deliveries
- Facilitate asset handoffs between art, outsource, creative and live operations groups
- Build and maintain relationships with internal development teams involved in delivering our community and events roadmap, keeping all parties accountable to delivery timelines and schedules
- Steward development process for teams using applied experience in agile, lean approaches to planning
- Investigate and improve areas for tracking current and upcoming work as well as historical data within the art team
- Own team-level development process artifacts across a variety of tools including JIRA and Confluence
What we’re looking for:
- 1+ years game production experience
- Applied experience in agile and lean development process
- Knowledge of a breadth of project and program management tools such as smart sheets and Gantt
- Experience with distributed development
- Experience working in cross-functional video game development settings
- Exposure to advanced product and program management techniques like User Story Mapping, Journey Mapping, and Design Thinking
- Experience with facilitating daily team rituals and up-keeping team documentation
- Experience working in JIRA
- Experience working with art assets, knowledge of art software such as Maya and Photoshop
- Basic understanding of art asset creation process in a video game context
Bonus Points:
- Enthusiasm for video games, cycling, running, and other active lifestyles
- Familiarity with code management systems such as Perforce
- A Zwifter or familiar with the platform
