What you will do
Your primary mission will be to make sure the right message reaches the right audience at the right time. This will involve a strong focus on crafting and optimizing compelling content, primarily for landing pages and email sequences, to drive investments. You will:
- Develop and execute data-driven content strategies aligned with client marketing objectives and focused on maximizing conversions and return on ad spend.Become a master of landing page optimization, continuously analyzing performance and implementing changes to improve conversion rates.
- Craft persuasive and high-converting content and copy for various marketing channels, including landing pages, emails, and potentially ad creatives.
- Develop clear and effective messaging and positioning strategies that resonate with our clients' target audiences and drive action.
- Conduct thorough content audits to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for new, high-impact content.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including writers, creatives, and client success managers, to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
- Stay ahead of the curve on the latest content marketing trends, tools, and conversion optimization techniques.
- Measure and report on the performance of your content initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future optimization.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand voice and style guidelines to ensure consistent and impactful communication across all client touchpoints.
- Proactively explore and test new content formats and channels to identify innovative ways to engage audiences and drive conversions.

What skills you need
The ideal candidate must have:
- Demonstrated experience in optimizing landing pages for conversions, with a strong understanding of A/B testing best practices.
- Proven ability to create high-converting content and copy for various digital marketing channels, including landing pages, emails, and potentially social media or paid advertising.
- Strong understanding of messaging and positioning principles and the ability to develop effective communication strategies for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with AI-powered content creation, optimization, and analysis tools, and a proactive mindset towards leveraging these tools to improve speed and performance.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform content decisions and measure performance.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and how content fits into the broader marketing funnel.
- Bonus points for:Experience working within a marketing agency or with multiple clients simultaneously.
- Familiarity with retail investing or startup funding.
