mabl is seeking an experienced, results-driven Enterprise Marketing Manager to architect and execute our enterprise and ABM strategy. This is a high-impact, foundational role where you will be responsible for defining the playbook that drives significant pipeline and acceleration within our most critical, high-value target accounts.
You and the Demand Generation Specialist will act as the crucial link between Sales and Marketing, owning the strategy, execution, and measurement of segmented and bespoke, multi-channel campaigns. You must be a self-starter who can not only manage execution but also drive the business forward by clearly identifying and articulating the resources, technology, and alignment needed for success.

What You'll Do
- Strategy & Planning: Design, build, and orchestrate the strategic engine that drives predictable pipeline and revenue growth from engaged, and high-value target accounts. This includes defining the key plays, activation channels, and reporting structure.
- Execution & Campaign Management: Own the end-to-end execution of multi-channel ABM campaigns, utilizing tools like advertising, direct mail/gifting, personalized landing pages, and executive engagement events (virtual and field).
- Sales Alignment & Enablement: Establish and lead a formalized Smarketing (Sales & Marketing) rhythm with key Sales leaders,Account Executives, and Partner Manager. Provide Sales with personalized messaging, content, and clear guidance for account follow-up, ensuring maximum engagement.
- Content & Personalization: Adapt mabl's narrative and messaging for target accounts, ensuring we are telling a consistent and compelling story across all channels, from marketing campaigns and thought leadership to sales materials.
- Measurement & Optimization: Define and report on key account-level metrics. Use data to constantly iterate and optimize campaign performance.
- Align with Company-wide Objectives: Work closely with your peers and leadership team to ensure we’re achieving company results.
About You
- You have 6-8 years of B2B Marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a dedicated ABM, field, or enterprise demand marketing role. Experience within the Software Development Lifecycle or AI tools a plus.
- You are comfortable being both strategic and hands-on: you can architect campaigns and personally execute them end-to-end.
- Familiarity with software such as 6Sense, Keyplay, Gong, Salesforce, and Marketo.
- You deeply understand enterprise sales cycles and how marketing can create and accelerate qualified opportunities in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- You excel in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and RevOps teams to ensure seamless execution.
- You possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to bring clarity and structure to fast-moving, high-ownership environments.
- You bring strong analytical rigor, able to dig into metrics, identify insights, and communicate performance clearly to optimize campaigns and inform executive decisions.
