Job Description:
We are seeking a Content Manager with a passion for clear storytelling, emerging technology, and customer communities. This role is ideal for a hands-on content creator looking for their next step — someone excited to execute and innovate while helping shape the voice of Datasite across the Americas.
The Content Manager will develop and deliver high-quality, brand-aligned content that supports demand generation, brand positioning, events, product education, and customer engagement. Working closely with the Americas marketing team and global partners, this role brings Datasite’s value proposition to life across digital and field marketing touchpoints, helping dealmakers understand how Datasite enables faster, more secure, and more efficient transactions.
This is a highly collaborative, execution-focused role with exposure to strategy, analytics, go-to-market initiatives, and AI-enabled content workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Content Planning & Alignment
- Support the development and execution of content plans aligned to Americas regional marketing priorities and broader global initiatives.
- Translate market insights and campaign objectives into clear, compelling narratives that support awareness, engagement, and demand programs.
- Partner with the Americas marketing team to maintain content calendars and deliverables aligned with campaign timing and execution.
Content Creation & Execution
- Produce and refine high-quality content including blogs, web copy, email campaigns, social content, executive talking points, partner-ready materials, and light thought-leadership pieces.
- Tailor messaging for diverse audiences, including investment banks, private equity firms, corporate development teams, legal advisors, and internal stakeholders.
- Learn and write in multiple subject-matter expert voices, helping maintain a consistent and credible Datasite brand voice across the Americas.
AI-Enabled Content & Innovation
- Partner with Datasite’s AI-enabled marketing tools and platforms (including Claude and Anthropic Cowork) to support research, ideation, briefing, and content scalability.
- Use AI tools as collaborative partners to accelerate research, drafting, and production — bringing editorial judgment and brand sensibility to AI-assisted workflows.
- Actively experiment with AI-enabled workflows to improve content velocity, quality, and personalization across the Americas.
SEO, Performance & Optimization
- Apply SEO best practices to improve content visibility and discoverability.
- Review performance metrics and analytics to help optimize messaging, formats, and channel effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Regional Marketing, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales to align content with campaign goals and product positioning.
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts to ensure technical accuracy, narrative clarity, and relevance.
- Support internal enablement efforts by developing content and messaging that equips GTM teams to engage customers effectively.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of professional experience in content marketing, editorial, journalism, or related roles.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into clear, audience-relevant content.
- Experience creating content across multiple formats and channels (e.g., blogs, email, social, basic video or event support).
- Strong organizational, communication, and project-management skills.
- Demonstrated comfort using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) in content creation or marketing workflows, with an interest in technology and SaaS.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to B2B SaaS, FinTech, financial services, M&A, private markets, or startup environments.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, marketing automation tools, and basic analytics.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative, global organization.
- Interest in audience segmentation and content personalization for demand programs.
- Experience using generative AI tools for research, content drafting, or workflow automation.
