What does a Content Manager do at Hogarth?
The Content Management organization at Hogarth is responsible for publishing creative assets, experiences, and critical digital content to our client websites and other platforms across the globe. The Content Manager role reports to a Senior Content Manager and works closely with both the Content Management organization and external teams to ensure all client interactive deliverables are completed accurately and on time. This includes ownership of the content management and publishing operations in support of our client’s product launches and other digital marketing programs, including setting up and managing page structure and content in a CMS (content management system).
Reporting lines and key stakeholders:
This role reports to the Senior Content Manager (Team Lead) based in Istanbul.
You will work closely with Editorial, Loc and design teams across various media types.
Requirements
- A minimum of Minimum of 8 years experience working on web production teams
- Experience with localisation and managing content for a global audience, using a CMS
- Deep knowledge of how content management and other related system processes work
- Experience working with a ticketing system
- Knowledge of HTML, XML, JSON, and enterprise CMS
- Experience working on Adobe AEM platforms
- Ability to work flexibly to allow for out of hours content push lives (time managed in coordination with Management team)
- Record of troubleshooting and diagnosing CMS issues, and communicating those issues to both technical and non-technical personnel
- Demonstrated success in business process improvement and re-engineering
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity effectively
- Experience creating/managing internal tools a plus
- Excellent communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to work with others in an unpredictable environment
- Flexible personality and schedule to deal with rapidly-changing, time-constrained launch schedules
- High degree of ownership and accountability
- Ability to balance multiple project or assignments
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and patient
At Hogarth California, the base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $45 to $62/hr. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
