  • We recently moved into an amazing new office in Flatiron, Manhattan, NYC.

  • We were recently named a top 10 best place to work in NYC by Crain’s.

About the role

We’re hiring a Content Lead to build and scale Radar’s content engine. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves writing, has exceptionally high standards for quality, and uses AI to create better content, faster. You’ll own our editorial strategy and create the content that defines our category across blogs, customer stories, webinars, emails, social media, landing pages, and sales content.

This is a hands-on role for someone with exceptionally high standards who cares deeply about craft. You’re the type of person who rewrites a headline ten times to make it better, obsesses over clarity, and knows that great content is one of the biggest competitive advantages a company can have.

You’ll also be AI-native. Not because AI replaces great writing, but because it helps great writers move faster. You’ll constantly experiment with AI to research, draft, edit, repurpose, and distribute content while maintaining an exceptionally high quality bar.

You’ll report to our VP of Marketing and be based out of our Flatiron (NYC) headquarters. We're in the office Monday through Thursday, with flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.

What you’ll do

  • Own Radar’s content strategy, editorial calendar, and content engine

  • Write and publish exceptional content across blogs, customer stories, emails, webinars, social media, landing pages, and more

  • Build and scale Radar’s webinar program, from topic development and speaker recruitment to promotion and content repurposing

  • Turn complex topics like fraud prevention, location intelligence, geofencing, maps, and more into clear, compelling stories

  • Develop SEO and AI search strategies that increase Radar's visibility across search engines and AI-powered answer experiences

  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to create content that supports pipeline and revenue growth

  • Measure performance and continuously improve content quality, distribution, and business impact

  • Leverage AI throughout the content lifecycle to improve quality, speed, and scale

Who you are

  • An exceptional writer with outstanding copywriting and communication skills

  • You have an incredibly high quality bar and strong attention to detail

  • You love creating content across multiple formats, including blogs, emails, social posts, webinars, and customer stories

  • You know how to make complex technical concepts simple and engaging

  • Experience building content programs and editorial calendars that drive measurable business results

  • Experience running webinars, thought leadership programs, or recurring content series

  • Strong understanding of SEO, AI search, and modern content distribution

  • High agency with a bias toward action and ownership

  • AI-native and excited about using AI to create better content, not just more content

Who you’ll work with

  • Brandon Penn, VP of Marketing

  • Nick Patrick, Co-Founder and CEO

  • Doug Phillips, Senior Demand Generation Lead

  • Skylar Scafidi, Brand Design Lead

  • Our Marketing, SDR, Sales, and Customer Success teams

What we offer

  • Competitive salary

  • Meaningful stock options in a fast-growing company

  • 401(k) plan with 4% match

  • New HQ in Flatiron, NYC

  • Top-notch equipment

  • Catered lunches

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance with 100% coverage for employees

  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave

  • Commuter and fitness benefits

We'll share full details of our benefits package at the offer stage. Benefits may vary by location.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
