Bold is looking for a Content Lead to develop and manage Bold’s annual content roadmap, ensuring that it is linked to company growth goals. This role will report to the CEO, and will work closely with Product and Marketing teams.

To help us achieve our mission, we are looking to hire a Content Lead who has a commitment to improving the health and wellness of aging adults via personalized, easy-to-follow online workouts. This is a full time hybrid role based in Los Angeles.

As a key member of our Content/Operations team, here’s what you’ll do:

Key Outcomes: 

  • Develop and execute a strategic content roadmap to engage older adults in healthy aging initiatives
  • Improve efficiencies while managing high quality content development across all content types (video, editorial, education) 
  • Oversee content management, including the improvement of operational systems and investment and deployment of technologies that allow the team to easily personalize, share and leverage the content library across the organization 
  • Analyze content engagement data and qualitative feedback from members and enterprise stakeholders to continuously improve how content is created and delivered to members 
  • Data-driven collaboration with the expert programming and content team, as well as team leaders across product, marketing, and partnerships

The most important skills for the role are*:

  • 5+ years experience leading content development/ management, strategy, or operations 
  • Content management: Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights feature designs. Experience working with and contributing to design systems
  • Data Analysis: Excellent at making sense of quantitative and qualitative data and providing clear and impactful summaries to executive team 
  • Communication: Ability to effectively work with diverse and cross functional stakeholders
  • Organization & Planning: Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyLeadership skills and experience in people management 

In addition to the above, it would be great if you also had: 

  • Experience in healthcare or health-tech at a fast-paced startup work environment

Compensation: 

We’re committed to an inclusive, consistent, and equitable approach to compensation and anticipate that this position will earn between $125k-155k annually. The exact salary will depend on the amount of relevant and transferable experience you bring to the role. You will also receive meaningful equity in the form of a stock option grant.
