Content Editor

We are seeking a creative and skilled Content Creator to join our agile Editorial team. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, accustomed to a fast-paced environment, and has the ability to work collaboratively. Candidates should have a strong background in web content creation, multimedia applications, and excellent English writing and grammar skills.

The Role You Will Have:

• As a Content Creator, you’ll be part of a small, agile Editorial team, creating content that supports the needs of business lines across the company
• Write and publish data-driven web content, incorporating keywords and USPs that resonate with readers
• Use internal and external AI-driven tools to create high volumes of written content when necessary
• Edit and fact-check content to ensure compliance standards are met
• Create stock and AI UGC (user generated content) multimedia assets to support social media advertising initiatives
• Develop engaging and persuasive scripts for short video ads
• Balance multiple projects and processes, moving between Editorial priorities with ease
• Other editorial duties as assigned

What You Will Bring:

• Proven ability to write for the web and multimedia applications
• Excellent English writing and grammar skills
• Strong attention to detail to ensure effective proofreading and editing
• A willingness to learn new processes and tools
• Experience using Canva and CapCut are a bonus

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $74,000 - $111,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. System1’s headquarters is located in Marina del Rey, CA with additional offices in Bellevue, WA and Guelph, ON, Canada. Employees near office locations are returning to the office. Location-specific policies and available accommodations will be discussed during the interview process.
