We are seeking a Content Creator who is a creative storyteller with a passion for video production, digital content, and social media. The ideal candidate has experience in writing, filming, editing, and managing video content across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. This role plays a key part in developing brand messaging, increasing engagement, and executing content strategies.

Content Creation & Production:

  • Develop and execute content strategies for social media, blog posts, website pages, and email campaigns.
  • Write compelling copy for ads, social media captions, and digital marketing materials.
  • Produce, film, and edit podcasts to create high-quality content.
  • Editing tasks: Organize media, sync video and audio, color correct, add titles, insert B-Roll, clean up footage, and finalize edits.
  • Export and upload video content to the appropriate platforms.
  • Create thumbnails and various versions for different social media platforms.
  • Upload and manage video details on YouTube and Vimeo.
  • Add chapters, end screens, and links with UTM codes to videos.
  • Write engaging video descriptions optimized for SEO and audience engagement.

Video & Technical Setup:

  • Share video logistics for posting across various platforms.
  • Coordinate camera, lighting, and microphone setup for recordings.
  • Set up technical equipment and run tests for webinars and podcasts.
  • Source props and decorations for studio shoots.
  • Maintain and organize video production equipment to ensure smooth operations.
  • Keep memory cards empty and available for new recordings.
  • Offload and organize video footage to streamline editing and post-production.
  • Organize video thumbnails and assets to maintain a structured content library.
  • Produce set designs to enhance the visual appeal of video content.
  • Maintain and update the internal video library for easy access and reference.

Social Media & Coordination:

  • Post videos on YouTube/Vimeo and optimize for visibility.
  • Produce premium social media content to enhance brand positioning.
  • Hire content creators to support expanding video and social media initiatives.
  • Coordinate location and time of shoots for social media premium services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Film Production, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in content creation, video production, or social media management.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.).
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with camera, lighting, and audio setup for professional-quality recordings.
  • Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices for content performance.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in photography or videography.
  • Previous experience working with influencers or hiring content creators.
  • Background in media production, podcasting, or digital storytelling.
