Strategy Consultants are charged with identifying business critical issues, synthesizing key project findings, and translating those findings into strategic recommendations. Consultants play a key role in client communication and assist in providing guidance to Strategy Analysts.
Anticipated Start Date: 

  • March 2025

Responsibilities include:

  • Executing on day-to-day project activities that are aligned with overall project objectives.
  • Synthesizing key findings from research and developing actionable project recommendations.
  • Creating client deliverables in PowerPoint and/or Excel format.
  • Coordinating and leading interactions with third party vendors.
  • Mentoring project team members to promote professional development.
  • Participating in the creation of research tools that will be utilized throughout the organization.
  • Contributing in the creation of journal articles, conference presentations, and white papers.

Requirements: 

  • Highly motivated candidates with strong critical thinking skills, keen attention to detail, proficient written and oral communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
  •  A focus on client service and delivering high quality work output.
  • A commitment to the highest level of integrity and business ethics.
  • Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • The ability to travel on a limited basis – our staff members average less than four nights away per month.

This is a hybrid position; Team members are expected to be in-person at one of our offices at least two (2) days per week.
Our offices are in New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; and Durham, NC.

Experience & Education:

  • 3+ years of experience in life science strategy consulting with clear title progression
  • Graduate degree in the life sciences OR business preferred


The salary range for this role accounts for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, market demand, training and experience, specific qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of our current base salary for this role is $105k-$160k with a 20% bonus target.
