Job Description

As a senior consultant, you’ll drive critical initiatives while working with cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced, exciting environment. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying deliverables, as well as managing workflows, structuring dynamic solutions based on client needs and feedback, and crafting communications with stakeholders. Along the way, you’ll support clients and fellow consultants to ensure quality delivery and professional growth. 

About the team 

The Logic20/20 Digital Strategy & Transformation team applies design thinking and next-gen technologies to solve our clients- toughest business challenges. You will work side-by-side with architects, managers, and engineering consultants to gain a 360-degree perspective of the challenge at hand while contributing your unique perspective to develop innovative solutions. 

About you 

  • You have served in a consulting capacity to evaluate business systems, processes, project execution, and technology–empowering businesses through robust technology improvements. 
  • You have a broad delivery capability that spans strategy, technology, and/or business. 
  • You can be flexible and juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Your adept at managing client expectations regarding scope, schedule, budget, and satisfaction. 
  • You act effectively as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the solutions delivered adhere to the requirements and customer need. 

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of consulting experience, preferably at a large enterprise-level firm. 
  • Proficient in Power Platform, with expertise in PowerApps configuration.
  • Experience in supporting and/or establishing a Center of Excellence (CoE).
  • Experience establishing intake forms, scoring framework, and documentation.
  • Proven ability to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and support solution definition projects. 
  • Strong analytical skills, including process improvement, value stream mapping, and business metric management. 
  • Undergraduate degree in business or technology. 
  • Ability to work in CST or EST time zones, depending on client demands.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in the utilities industry is highly preferred. 
  • Familiarity with Copilot Studio.

Additional Information

At Logic20/20, we believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. Logic20/20 offers a competitive compensation package, with a target base salary range of $115,000 - $134,327 for this role. The final base salary offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Eligible employees may also qualify for performance-based bonuses and other incentives.
