What’s in it for you

Lead the construction projects that enable Rangeview to scale aerospace manufacturing, from expanding our current facility to developing future factories. You will own complex projects from concept through completion, working directly with engineering, production, contractors, and leadership in a fast-paced industrial environment.

What you’ll do
  • Lead manufacturing expansions, infrastructure upgrades, office buildouts, and future factory construction from planning through commissioning and handover.
  • Own project scope, budgets, cost forecasts, schedules, procurement, change control, and risk management across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Manage architects, engineering consultants, contractors, and vendors through design, permitting, construction, and closeout.
  • Partner with Engineering, Production, EHS, IT, and Finance to translate operational requirements into executable construction plans.
  • Coordinate industrial utility installations, manufacturing equipment infrastructure, and construction activities while minimizing production disruptions.
  • Drive design revisions, RFIs, contractor performance, project reporting, and timely resolution of construction issues.
  • Coordinate commissioning, inspections, punch lists, as-built documentation, and formal project handover to operations.
What you’ll need
  • 5+ years managing industrial, manufacturing, or technically complex commercial construction projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing contractors, capital budgets, schedules, permitting, and construction documentation.
  • Working knowledge of MEP systems, industrial utilities, electrical distribution, HVAC, and life-safety infrastructure.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, make independent decisions, and drive cross-functional execution with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication, planning, financial management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to work full-time, W2, onsite in El Segundo, CA.
Preferred qualifications
  • Aerospace, defense, investment casting, or advanced-manufacturing construction experience.
  • Experience with large-scale factory construction and manufacturing expansions.
  • PMP certification or experience in a rapidly scaling manufacturing startup.
Additional requirements

Must be able to work extended hours and/or weekends and travel to future manufacturing sites as needed.

Compensation

Please note that the compensation information below is a general guideline. Compensation is based on demonstrated candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

$130,000–$160,000 annually + equity
