Serve as technical lead for TPA clients to configure the enterprise system, lead implementations, translate business requirements into system and workflow specifications, liaise with internal teams, provide ongoing technical support and training, produce SQL-based reports, participate in upgrades, and report system defects.

- Flexible work schedule (typically 8-5, 7:30-4:30, etc) - must be available for meetings during 8-4:30 CST.
What will YOU be doing for us?
Serve as a technical lead for assigned TPA clients, focusing on system configuration in the Enterprise System, processes, procedures, and other support.
What will YOU be working on every day?
- Lead implementations for new/existing clients
- Serve as a liaison between the client and internal departments
- Translate client business requirements into system functional requirements for development
- Translate client business requirements into operational/workflow needs related to servicing the client (e.g., customer service, reporting, mailroom, claims handling and claims payment)
- Provide regular status reports on project progress
- Participate in system software revision upgrades
- Investigate and report system defects to QA/development
- Serve as a systems resource to clients, management and internal staff
- Train end-users on system functionality
- Provide on-going Enterprise System technical support
- Provide ad hoc and regularly scheduled data reports using SQL Server Management Studio as needed
- Represent all lines of business in a professional manner at all times
What qualifications do YOU need to have to be a GOOD candidate?
- Bachelor Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related degree or equivalent work experience or equivalent years of internal experience.
- 2 to 4 years of prior related experience (i.e. systems implementation)
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
What qualifications do YOU need to have to be a GREAT Level II candidate?
- Knowledge of SQL Management Studio
- Knowledge of Transact SQL
- Familiarity with generally accepted accounting principals
- 3 – 5 years of prior related experience (systems implementation role)
- Project Management experience
The salary range and midpoint is listed below for your reference. Please keep in mind that your education and experience along with your knowledge, skills and abilities are taken into consideration when determining placement within the range.
Compensation Range: $58,860 - $88,290
Compensation Midpoint: $73,575
