Lead daily scrums, maintain and organize backlogs, coordinate sprint planning, backlog scrubs, and retrospectives. The Computer Engineer will use Agile Scrum processes to facilitate In-Service-Engineering teams executing hardware engineering, software development, and installation execution tasks. You will facilitate daily scrum meetings, assist in creating and organizing backlogs to ensure planned tasks are executed and completed on schedule. You will coordinate the sprint backlog scrub, sprint planning, and sprint retrospective meetings to ensure teams focus on the priority tasks to be accomplished during the sprint. Additionally, the Computer Engineer shall document Agile Scrum business rules to be implemented across multiple scrum teams and facilitate the incorporation of lessons learned to ensure teams can complete more tasking efficiently.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Mathematics with a concentration in computer science
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in computer design, software development, or computer networks
- Experience with Agile Scrum
