Compliance Manager · New York, NY/Remote · Full-time ·
About DiliDili builds software that helps construction and clean-energy companies manage complex prevailing wage, apprenticeship, and labor compliance requirements.
We started Dili because labor compliance is still handled through a mix of spreadsheets, PDFs, manual review, and institutional knowledge, despite determining whether some of the largest construction projects in the country are compliant.
Today, we're a team of roughly 35 and growing quickly across all teams. We're building the infrastructure to turn complex regulatory requirements into software that can be evaluated consistently, explained clearly, and audited.
The RoleWe're hiring a Compliance Manager with hands-on experience in prevailing wage and apprenticeship (PWA) compliance to review reports, work through regulatory questions, and support both the Dili team and our clients.
Our customers rely on Dili to get PWA right on some of the largest construction and clean-energy projects in the country. In this role, you'll be the expert behind that work: checking reports and documentation, researching guidance under the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and the Davis-Bacon Act, and turning complex requirements into clear, practical next steps.
You'll act as the primary client contact on your engagements and serve as a go-to resource for PWA questions across the company. You'll also work closely with our product and engineering teams, helping shape the review processes, templates, and tools that let us scale compliance work through software.
