Job Title: Compliance Coordinator

Job Location: Irvine, CA

Job Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt/Hourly

Reports To: VP of HR

Compensation: $25-$35/hour

The Compliance Coordinator for Frasco is responsible for ensuring that the company adheres to all relevant regulations and requirements related to private investigator licenses, agency private investigator licenses, driver licenses, motor vehicle records (MVR), and auto insurance. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments within the organization. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a comprehensive database of all private investigator licenses for company personnel
    • Registration/termination of Private Investigator’s license
    • Continuing education requirements
    • Reporting requirements, as needed
  • Monitor and track the expiration dates of individual private investigator licenses, ensuring timely renewals
  • Stay informed about changes in licensing requirements and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance
  • Oversee the licensing process for the company's private investigation agency, ensuring all requirements are met
  • Complete private investigator agency audits, agency license renewals and all compliance documentation
  • Track and monitor employees driver’s licenses to ensuring all are current and valid
  • Monitor MVR records for employees with driving responsibilities including annual MVR review
  • Collaborate closely with HR and other relevant departments to address concerns and needs
  • Track employee auto insurance coverage, ensuring that insurance policies are current, valid, and meet the company's requirements
  • Communicate with employees and insurance providers on a regular basis
  • Pick up and deliver incoming and outgoing mail from the designated office mailbox on a regular schedule 
  • Open, review, and sort incoming mail, ensuring timely distribution to appropriate departments and personnel 
  • Ensure proper handling and confidentiality of sensitive documents in accordance with company and regulatory requirements 
  • Support document retention and filing processes, including scanning and electronic record management 
  • Assist with general office administrative tasks to support compliance and HR operations as needed

Requirements

  

Requirements:

  • Two years’ experience in compliance, preferably in a role involving private investigator licensing and driver compliance
  • Knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local regulations
  • Strong organizational, time-management and attention to detail skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in computer usage, specifically MS Office products

Preferred Experience:

  • Regulatory compliance experience in any field
  • Bachelor’s Degree
