Lead national sales growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing high-volume opportunities with carriers, TPAs, and self-insured clients. Manage pipeline in CRM, develop executive partnerships, create proposals and targeted marketing, represent the company at events, and meet/exceed annual sales goals through remote and in-person selling.

Perform covert and overt surveillance to document subject activity, collect video evidence, write timestamped reports, testify in hearings, and adapt to flexible schedules and variable conditions.

Conduct insurance claims investigations including scene investigations, photo/video evidence collection, recorded witness/claimant statements, document signings/retrievals, wellness checks, daily case updates, and preparation/dictation of detailed investigation reports while meeting billable hours and strict deadlines.

Manage and maintain licensing and compliance records for private investigators and drivers, monitor expirations and MVRs, oversee agency licensing and audits, track employee auto insurance, handle confidential documents and mail, support electronic recordkeeping, and assist HR with compliance-related administrative tasks.

Conduct physical and covert surveillance using cameras and mobile devices, document video and activity checks, prepare detailed timestamped reports for legal use, testify at hearings as needed, drive to assignments and work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Conduct insurance claims investigations including scene visits, photo/video evidence collection, recorded statements, document signings and retrievals, wellness checks, daily case updates, and preparation/dictation of detailed investigation reports while meeting billable-hour and deadline requirements.

Oversee end-to-end multi-state payroll (weekly and biweekly), supervise two payroll processors, ensure compliance with wage/hour and payroll tax laws, conduct monthly audits, update HRIS, manage year-end reconciliations and W-2s, and provide strategic payroll insights to HR and Accounting.
