This is your chance to be part of a Commercial Services team that propels Hilton's sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions! As a Complex Sales Analyst & Space Optimizer, you will support the areas which are at the core of Hilton's "commercial engine" and are important to Hilton's ability to achieve profitable growth. Supporting Hilton Los Cabos and Conrad Punta de Mita and reporting to the Complex Commercial Director, you will provide daily sales support, lead management, reporting, contract review assistance, group optimization support, and business intelligence for the sales, revenue, catering, and events teams. This role combines analytical and administrative responsibilities with a focus on strategic group optimization.

What you'll do during a typical day:

  • Supporting the timely and efficient management of group leads and sales opportunities.
  • Helping convert tentative opportunities into definite bookings by ensuring accuracy and attention to detail throughout the contracting process.
  • Identifying opportunities to optimize meeting space utilization and enhance overall group profitability.
  • Delivering meaningful reporting and analytics that support commercial strategy and business planning.
  • Improving team productivity by streamlining processes, maintaining systems, and supporting sales technology initiatives.
  • Helping commercial leaders make informed decisions through accurate data, reporting, and business insights.
  • Attend and actively participate in scheduled Sales Department and related meetings.

How you'll collaborate with others:

  • Group Sales Managers to support lead management, contract reviews, and conversion efforts.
  • Event Managers to optimize meeting space utilization, manage booking adjustments, and evaluate post-event performance.
  • Revenue Management leaders to align group opportunities with overall property revenue strategies.
  • Marketing and Commercial leadership teams to support reporting, planning, and business development initiatives.
  • Property Operations teams to ensure group business requirements align with operational capabilities.
  • Administrative and systems users to maintain efficient commercial processes and platform effectiveness across both resorts.
  • Partner closely with all related departments such as Revenue Management, Marketing, Group Sales, e-Commerce, and Operations.

Deliverables you'll take ownership of:

  • Maintaining and improving lead management and sales reporting processes.
  • Coordinating group pace, booking activity, and production tracking tools.
  • Managing commercial reporting updates for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews.
  • Supporting meeting space optimization initiatives to maximize revenue opportunities and protect future availability.
  • Assisting with system implementations, upgrades, training initiatives, and process improvement projects.
  • Conducting post-event business analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for increased profitability.
  • Developing and enhancing administrative tools, templates, and reporting resources that improve team effectiveness.
  • Supporting special commercial projects related to forecasting, need periods, sales strategy execution, and performance measurement.
 What It Takes to Make the Stay

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Three (3) years of hotel experience.
  • Experience using Delphi.fdc, including managing bookings, group sales, events, reporting, or related sales processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel skills for reporting, data analysis, and spreadsheet management.
  • Knowledge of the travel industry, current market trends, and economic factors.
  • Travel up to 15% of the time.

It would be useful if you have:

  • Knowledge of Amaze, Topline and STR Reporting.
  • Local market knowledge

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $47,500 – $70,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
