Job Summary
The Community Manager / Influencer Coordinator will manage online communities and influencer partnerships across social platforms. This role is responsible for growing brand engagement, managing creator collaborations, and fostering authentic conversations around BaRupOn’s products, services, and social impact.
Key Responsibilities- Build and manage active online communities across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Identify, vet, and manage influencer partnerships and user-generated content campaigns
- Plan and execute community-driven campaigns, product seeding, giveaways, and live events
- Respond to DMs, comments, and brand mentions in a timely and professional voice
- Track community growth, engagement rates, and influencer performance metrics
- Maintain influencer contracts, shipping logistics, and content schedules
- Collaborate with social and marketing teams to align content strategy with campaign goals
- Gather community feedback to inform product development and brand positioning
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or community engagement
- Passion for storytelling, brand culture, and online trends
- Excellent writing skills and an eye for detail in visual content
- Comfortable using tools like Later, CreatorIQ, Meta Business Suite, or Hootsuite
- Strong organization and time management skills for coordinating multiple creators and timelines
- Background in wellness, beauty, energy, or mission-driven consumer brands
- Experience working with micro-influencers and managing gifting or paid campaigns
- Canva, Adobe Express, or video editing tools a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/French) a bonus for multicultural campaigns
