We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Communications Specialist to join our team and help drive our organization's messaging and brand strategy. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing communication plans that effectively convey our mission, values, and key initiatives to various audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to advance the organization's goals and enhance its public image.
  • Create, edit, and distribute engaging content across multiple channels including press releases, social media, newsletters, and website.
  • Manage media relations by building and maintaining strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, and other media professionals.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage, public trends, and communication effectiveness metrics to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all communications.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in communications, media relations, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of grammar and style.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful communication campaigns and strategies.
  • Experience with social media management and content creation across various digital platforms.
