Position Summary
We are seeking a Communications Specialist to join our team. This role's primary focus is translating complex consulting frameworks, research findings, and strategic analyses into compelling stories and presentations tailored for C-suite executives. This position centers on developing high-impact sales and strategy documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create Compelling Narratives: 
  • - Transform complex data, strategic concepts, and insights into succinct, impactful stories that resonate with executive-level clients.
    - Develop visuals (e.g., slides, data visualizations) to support high-level presentations.
  • Develop Strategic Sales Materials:
  • - Craft pitch decks, proposals, and case studies that showcase the value of the firm’s consulting services.
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure materials reflect sales objectives, brand voice, and competitive insights.
  • Maintain Consistent Message Quality:
  • - Review and refine existing materials for clarity, consistency, and professionalism.
    - Establish guidelines and best practices for strategic storytelling within the organization.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership
  • - Aligning communications strategies with key revenue goals.
    - Work closely with consultants and subject matter experts to gather insights, data, and success stories.
  • Leverage Data-Driven Storytelling
  • - Integrate qualitative and quantitative research findings to support compelling business cases.
    - Use analytics to measure the impact and effectiveness of presentations and continuously improve content strategy.
  • Adapt to a Remote Environment
  • - Proactively engage with remote teams using digital collaboration tools.
    - Maintain effective communication channels to manage deadlines, feedback loops, and rapid project pivots

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience crafting executive-level presentations, pitch decks, or strategic documents.
  • Experience in an IT consulting company is a must.
  • Experience in IT sales will be a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to distill complex data and concepts into clear, visually compelling narratives.
  • Proficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides) and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent research, writing, and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable partnering across teams and functions in a remote setting.
  • Adept at incorporating analytics and research into storytelling.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines with minimal oversight.
  • Proactive thinker who can anticipate C-suite expectations and craft compelling stories.

Success Measures:

  • Quality and clarity of strategic documents, pitch decks, and executive presentations.
  • Positive feedback from sales leadership, consultants, and executive-level clients.
  • Timely delivery of high-impact materials that drive revenue growth and client engagement.
