We are looking for a Communications Specialist to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions!  This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best in class service to our customers.

The Communications Specialist will support corporate communications through strategic message development, writing, and editing. This role will contribute to high-impact initiatives, including AI agents and M365 integrations within Windows. It offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and be part of a highly collaborative, global team.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring timely, creative and accurate dissemination of news, multimedia content and information
  • Create diverse content across platforms, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compelling storytelling that aligns with corporate messaging.
  • Develop written communications and slide presentations using both text and visuals.
  • Work with product owners to gather data and write copy.
  • Manage a rigorous communications calendar. Work with stakeholders to review and confirm content accuracy and positioning.

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years related experience in written language editorial is required.
  • 8-10 years' experience leading and navigating cross-functional collaboration.
  • Demonstrated experience with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and collaboration skills.
  • Basic knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or service.
  • Basic knowledge of media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to achieve results.
  • Ability to manage deadlines independently.

Education/Experience:

  • 8-10 years related experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training preferred.

Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $85,000 to $90,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
