The US base salary range for this full-time position is 56,000.00 USD - 70,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. What You'll Do
- Create and execute proactive communications plans that inform and unite employees across the globe in an engaging and authentic way.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to develop content and news stories that resonate with internal team members.
- Support content creation process for our intranet, newsletters, Slack channels, and digital screens and analyze performance metrics for these platforms.
- Coordinate and manage the internal communications calendar.
- Build communications for product launches, business partnerships, new market entries, People Team initiatives, internal events, corporate social responsibility programs, executive event appearances, and influencer spokespeople.
What You'll Bring
- At least 1 year of relevant Communications experience.
- A passion for writing and the ability to craft clear and concise prose and tell stories that resonate with the target audience.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Positive, self-motivating attitude with a willingness to adopt a team-first mentality to get in the trenches together.
- High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills to work seamlessly with internal stakeholders.
- Creative mindset and fresh ideas to uncover future opportunities, including exploring innovative concepts that haven't been considered yet.
- Experience with graphic design and video editing is a plus.
- A collaborative working style - our comms team is small and agile. While we have dedicated coverage areas, we all jump in and work together to support each other when company priorities require all hands on deck or specific problem-solving.
