Job Description:

   

HPE Networking is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Partner Manager to lead strategic commercial relationships with global ODM, CM, EMS, and JDM manufacturing partners. This role is responsible for driving supplier strategy, contract negotiations, cost competitiveness, business growth, operational performance, and long-term partnership development across Campus, Branch, Data Center, and AI Infrastructure products.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary commercial interface between HPE Networking and assigned manufacturing partners.
  • Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, business awards, engineering services, and strategic initiatives.
  • Drive supplier performance through business reviews, scorecards, and executive engagement.
  • Own product cost management, cost reduction programs, and value engineering initiatives.
  • Support capacity planning, supply continuity, risk mitigation, and manufacturing readiness.
  • Partner with Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Finance to resolve business and operational challenges.
  • Evaluate supplier capabilities, technology roadmaps, and investment strategies to support future business growth.
  • Support supplier selection, RFQs, and strategic sourcing initiatives for next-generation networking and AI infrastructure products.
  • Deliver executive-level business reviews and recommendations based on financial, operational, and market analysis.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Operations, or related field.MBA preferred.
  • Typically 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Commercial Management, or Partner Management.
  • Proven experience managing ODM, CM, EMS, or JDM manufacturing partners.
  • Strong contract negotiation, pricing, and supplier management experience.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, product cost structures, and supply chain processes.
  • Experience working with global manufacturing partners in the networking, technology, or electronics industry.
  • Experience driving cost reductions, supplier performance improvements, and business growth initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced global environment.
  • Mastery in English and local language.
